Eleni Church (Konstantin & Eleni)

Eleni (Constantine & Helen) Church

Built in 1729, the Eleni Church is one of the most monumental structures of Mustafapaşa, formerly known as Sinasos. Its richly decorated stone façade, columned entrance, and domed architecture reflect the refined style of Greek Orthodox art of the period. The inscription above its entrance provides valuable insight into the town’s 18th–19th-century development. Today, it remains one of the most significant landmarks preserving the historical and spiritual identity of Mustafapasa.
